Responsible for new account development and / or expanding existing accounts. Customer account management. Ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting the external business development team to attain new customer and growing customer business.

Facilitating quotation process and answering customer questions and queries as they arise.


  • Act as the main point of contact for the customers dealing with queries, relaying information in a timely manner along with supporting customers, ensuring expectations are met and maintained whilst guaranteeing customer satisfaction is delivered & surpassed
  • Order input / processing and quotation input, dissemination, collation and analysis.
  • Liaising with production to ensure delivery schedules are correct.
  • Assisting external sales team to grow accounts to customer satisfaction and look to grow existing accounts seeking additional opportunities with customers
  • Deputise for Relationship Manager as and when required and be the point of contact for escalation and problem resolution within Account Management Team whilst leading by example in responding to all Account Management challenges
  • Drive collation of data required jointly from the team, e.g. Budgets, Inventory etc.
  • Prepare the information for, and attend, customer review meetings
  • Monitor Customer metrics and take actions where necessary, particularly in regards to order-book, inventory management and delivery performance
  • Maintain a rolling forecast for each customer

  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
  • Qualifications

  • Customer service / account management.
  • Knowledge of contract electronic manufacturing (PCB Assembly) or electronic component industry
  • Fast-paced office environment; requires significant use of telephone and computer programmes Microsoft word, excel, outlook, ERP, etc.
  • Domestic travel may be required - visiting customers, suppliers, etc.
  • OSI Systems, Inc. has three operating divisions : (a) Security, providing security and inspection systems, turnkey security screening solutions and related services;
  • b) Healthcare, providing patient monitoring, diagnostic cardiology and anesthesia systems; and (c) Optoelectronics and Manufacturing, providing specialized electronic components and electronic manufacturing services for original equipment manufacturers with applications in the defense, aerospace, medical and industrial markets, among others.
