Sell and promote BI’s portfolio of products to targeted primary care physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other members of the primary care sector.
To be conversant with the ABPI Code and ensure adherence to it.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Work with Local Account Team to input recommendations on sales and marketing solutions
Obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call. Deliver sales target, working productively with team members in line with marketing / operational strategy within budget.
Customises approach for each call on each customer to assess customer needs and increase sales of BI products.
Collaborate with other members of the local account team to share tactics and opportunities to leverage sales and build relationships with the customer.
Effectively utilises all available resources to sell and promote BI products.
Proactive communication with internal stakeholders.
Degree or equivalent. Science or business background but others considered
Understanding of and adherence to ABPI
Demonstrable knowledge of account management
Analytical and planning skills
Inquisitive in the way they work keen to find out information and share with colleagues
Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a pharmaceutical and / or the primary or secondary care sector
Digital proficiency ability to embrace technological change.
