As a business we are increasing our investment in our brand and across our channels and customer touchpoints. The Central campaigns team will play a key role in delivering this transformation across our global markets.

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the team in delivering effective, multi-country campaigns which hit global NCA growth targets.

Through highly relevant and engaging programs, the Marketing Executive will support the team and work with agencies to implement creatives across display, programmatic, social and search to drive awareness and conversion across the marketing funnel.

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual, who is keen to learn and has lots of drive and passion to work in a fast-paced environment involving managing lots of different stakeholders and projects.

Working with their manager, they will need to effectively manage the delivery of campaigns, including managing timelines, supporting with reviewing campaign creative, and communicating status with key stakeholders.

Requires good collaboration skills to manage multiple stakeholders across regional marketing, product marketing, XD, web, central teams, and external agencies.

Ability to plan, measure and track performance and be forthcoming with ideas to support the business growth. Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment, executing on multiple campaigns and engaging with multiple stakeholders.

LI-SW1Key Responsibilities

  • Support demand gen multi-media marketing campaigns that can be used across different regions to drive New Customer Acquisition (NCA) growth.
  • Develop hard-hitting campaigns with messaging tailored to audiences that resonate within multiple markets, across all channels of the marketing mix.
  • Support Central Campaign Managers with end-to-end planning, organisation, and delivery of campaigns across key central and regional functions including channel marketing and marketing automation.
  • Raising budget requests for the team.
  • Monitor campaigns and review results to understand campaign ROI and possible improvements.
  • Deliver effective nurture programmes working with content teams to target key audiences with relevant messaging.
  • Work in close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver key strategic business objectives, including the delivery of successful digital programs.
  • Agency and project management, ensuring cost and time effective delivery of campaigns.
  • Excellent English skills to review and proof communications.
  • Skills, know-how and experience :

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience of delivering B2B and / or B2C marketing campaigns; any experience in a SaaS or subscription- based company creating and executing new customer acquisition digital demand generation campaigns is a plus.
  • Driven individual with some experience of delivering multi-touch, multi-media marketing programs, creation and implementation and the vision to go beyond the brief.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders to ensure delivery of aligned and effective campaigns.
  • Good organisational skills for campaign orchestration.
  • Demonstrate any commerciality and ability to deliver on budget, KPIs and ROI including lead generation.
  • Good influencing skills to gain key stakeholders input and buy-in.
  • Mindset for optimisation and testing, with a passion to continually improve marketing programmes and test new media technology.
  • Good project and agency management experience as well as upward management to gain acceptance for plans and budgets.
  • Good customer experience with the ability to gain a strong understanding of key audiences.
  • Excellent writing, proofing, and editing skills across all forms of communication with a clear understanding of audiences and how to tailor effective communications to customer type.
  • Knowledge of using marketing systems such as CRM and marketing automation systems e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua and Workfront is a plus but not essential.
