Job Title : Doc control / Administrator
Reports to : Project Manager
Samuel Knight are recruiting a Document Controller to support the Site Team in the day to day administration of all site office activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Process all inductions and file records in line with company data protection protocols
Assisting with payments and reporting for the Commercial team.
Filing and scanning of documentation for the Engineering team.
Assisting the Community Relations Manager with public engagement events
Reception cover when required
Arranging training for the Site Team with Head Office
Other administrative support as required
Knowledge, skills and attitudes :
Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet
A confident communicator both face to face and over the phone
Effective organisation skills
Attention to detail
A desire to learn and be proactive
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
5 GCSE’s in the A* - C range (including English
