We offer clients a national UK-wide service which includes : Agency Services, Asset & Property Management, Business Rates Audit, Project & Building Consultancy, Landlord & Tenant, Rates Liability Management, Rating Consultancy and Valuation Services.

We are looking to employee a business development telesales agent.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Speaking to Companies and Building Relationships on a Daily Basis
  • Contacting Existing Sales Leads to Convert to Instruction
  • Following up, qualifying and converting leads from Email Marketing Campaigns.
  • Updating and managing the CRM with customer information / details
  • Assisting the Business Development Team by calling Leads and booking qualified appointments on their behalf
  • Answering the Sales Line and qualifying Inbound Sales Calls
  • Meeting and exceeding individual set KPI’s
  • Any other duties that may be allocated from time to time by the Business Development Team Manager in line with the needs of the business
  • Knowledge / Skills

  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Good negotiating and influencing capabilities

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, an eye for detail.
  • Flexible, self-motivated and committed to offering excellent customer service
  • Positive attitude and able to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team.
  • Proven IT Skills including High-Level Microsoft Word and Excel Competencies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot would be useful.
  • Works with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Previous Experience :

  • Previous Telesales (B2B) / call centre in a target driven environment
  • Previous business rates Experience would be Beneficial
  • Minimum of Maths and English GCSE’s 9 4 (A* to C)
  • Benefits :

    £25,000 per annum. On Target Earning of £45,000 per annum. Commission is uncapped so you could earn more.

    22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) increasing by 1 day each year up to an additional 5 days of leave (Pro-Rata)
