We are looking to employee a business development telesales agent.
Key Responsibilities :
Speaking to Companies and Building Relationships on a Daily Basis
Contacting Existing Sales Leads to Convert to Instruction
Following up, qualifying and converting leads from Email Marketing Campaigns.
Updating and managing the CRM with customer information / details
Assisting the Business Development Team by calling Leads and booking qualified appointments on their behalf
Answering the Sales Line and qualifying Inbound Sales Calls
Meeting and exceeding individual set KPI’s
Any other duties that may be allocated from time to time by the Business Development Team Manager in line with the needs of the business

Previous Experience :
Previous Telesales (B2B) / call centre in a target driven environment
Previous business rates Experience would be Beneficial
Minimum of Maths and English GCSE’s 9 4 (A* to C)
£25,000 per annum. On Target Earning of £45,000 per annum. Commission is uncapped so you could earn more.
