JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description

The role will include delivering a great experience to all our guests and the candidate must have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed guest expectations

You will be required to take on a broad role with a hands-on approach and will be responsible for prospecting, client management, group and event bookings.

As our executive you will be responsible for the below : -

  • Grow both new and existing local corporate accounts
  • Be passionate and knowledgeable about the area
  • Use your flair and individuality to drive sales and create connections with the local neighbourhood
  • Play a leading role in embedding a culture of sales across the hotel
  • Meet your sales targets while driving standards and productivity
  • Ensure all KPIs are exceeded on a daily and monthly basis
  • Represent the hotel and restaurant at networking events
  • Maximise lead generation (new and existing business) across all channels in the region
  • Proactively seek out new business, raising the profile of the hotel both locally and regionally
  • Work Experience

  • You have at least 2-3 years experience in sale
  • You have a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets on your personal quota
  • You are able to build effective relationship quickly and are able to demonstrate authority
  • You are a great communicator with clients and colleagues
  • You have had experience in hotel PMS systems and are proficient in MS Office
