Commercial support for the Device Commercial and Acquisition Sales / Trading team.
Leading on pricing for major device launches ensuring optimal value and volume is delivered
Assurance that market pricing set delivers in line with the financial objectives of the Consumer LOB
Lead business case, pricing & PIR support for devices area
A clear, actionable and aligned quarterly budget partnering with Commercial Planning, FP&A & MI Reporting teams
Manage the planning, reporting and analysis of EE volume and value for all Acquisitions from a Weekly, Forecasting and Budgeting perspectiveThis is part of a commercially focussed, busy team, with good exposure to director / MD level across the business.

What you'll be doing
Business Partner to the Channel & Trading acquisition and Device Commercial functions, supporting delivery of trading, value & P&L targets.
Drive the business in understanding acquisition & devices performance.Driving improvement and corrective actions through influencing key stakeholders, analysis and governance
Deliver robust and challenging budgets and forecasts for MRC and value creation.Interlocked across sales channels, central trading and marketing
Support delivery of weekly, monthly and annual reporting and analysis of acquisition value.Presenting recommendations and findings up to MD / CFO level
Lead the process for business casing direct channel pricing moves, responsible for making pricing decisions in delivery of £1bn Value target, reacting to competitor moves in the market whilst ensuring optimum value
Production of Business case’s and PIR for trading and marketing initiatives.Ensuring optimal performance is delivered and ensuring future plans are influenced from conclusions of PIR’s
Deep dive review of long term trading trends, using analysis to influence decision making and drive change

Commercial knowledge and commercially astute decision maker. Broad company and market knowledge to enable optimal decision making.
Role will influence change to the commercial trading and marketing communities
The role requires strong influence and persuasion skills. The role-holder will need to evaluate and understand
Trading performance and pricing requests.Turning around conclusions quickly and driving better outcomes for the Consumer P&L.
The role requires coordination and engagement skills as they will be required to align the plans and objectives of the finance, trading, marketing and devices teams
Working in a challenging, complex, fast moving environment (for example flagship device launches)
Ability to source and simplify large amounts of complex data simplify into an actionable plan
