European Lead, Decontamination, Decommissioning & Demolition (DDD) Service
Ideally located in France, Benelux, Germany or UK, but also open to other European countries
ERM is looking for established and emerging leaders with strong business development skills and an established track record of selling and delivering major DDD / asset retirement projects with clients from the Oil & Gas, Power, Steel and other industrial sectors across Europe and beyond.
We seek high performing individuals to drive continued growth of ERM’s business through selling and delivering world-class services, recruiting and developing our next generation of leaders, and further advancing our market reputation for asset retirement, restructuring & regeneration.
The appointed Partner will be responsible for the commercial growth of ERM’s DDD services across Europe. He / she will work with the established ERM team, senior business leaders in our clients’ organisations and strategic partners (contractors, specialist firms) to deliver business value to our clients as they retire, restructure and regenerate assets across their portfolios.
We are currently seeing significant growth linked to asset changes driven by our clients’ decarbonisation commitments as part of the Low Carbon Economy Transition .
As an ERM Partner, you would be joining our global consulting firm and becoming a true owner and shareholder in a business with Sustainability at its heart and a unique market opportunity to support our multinational clients through the Low Carbon Economy Transition.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the DDD industry in Europe, working substantially with multinational industrial clients in the Oil & Gas (ideally onshore and offshore), Power, Steel, Chemical, Mining and / or Manufacturing sectors.

Partners in ERM play a pivotal role in delivering business results and shaping our future growth and strategic direction.
The Partner will provide leadership in communicating and enabling ERM’s Health & Safety culture and be accountable and responsible for the following (not limited to) :
Provide business value selling at the top levels of client organizations, raising the profile of ERM’s capabilities within key client organizations, to identify and shape clients’ needs for ERM services.
Develop new client relationships and expand existing relationships by delivering strategic consulting advice, excellent value and quality service.
Maintain pulse on industry business cycles and prioritize sales efforts toward high-potential, top opportunities.Manage capture efforts utilizing technical understanding to develop proposals, including written content, value-based pricing, presentations and contracting.
ensure rising stars are nurtured, developed and given new areas of responsibility.
Drive innovation within the DDD service to stay ahead of client needs and to differentiate ERM in the market.
