An exciting opportunity has arisen to operationally lead the Dental & Sexual Health Services at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Trust.
The successful post holder will be an experienced operational leader, able to effectively communicate, engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
They will be able to inspire and motivate their colleagues and teams as they lead continuous improvements across the services, in collaboration with patients, carers, colleagues and partners.
The successful post holder will be responsible for :
Operational delivery of Dental & Sexual Health services on a day to day basis, including any out of hours elements
Budgets - all pay and non-pay elements, including delivery of cost improvements
Understanding national policies relating to relevant services, supporting the Service Director as required to assess impact and / or implement changes
The successful post holder will also be :
Able to contribute to a positive working environment and open culture which fosters high morale and commitment among all staff.
Able to work in a pressured, changing environment.
The successful post holder will demonstrate a passion for leadership and the ability to facilitate change enabling the services to deliver personalised care reflecting local needs and priorities.
They will demonstrate excellent communication skills and confidently forge operational partnerships across a range of different partners including GPs, commissioners and Councils
