Job Description :
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work for our client in Grange Park, Northampton.
The purpose of the role is to collect data from a number of sources and to collate this data into a set of reports for distribution to the management team and to external customers.
It is also to be a key point of contact for both external and internal colleagues.
Key accountabilities for the role :
Working in collaboration key partners across the network to effectively coordinate performance data collection on a daily basis to set deadlines.
To collate data in to set reports for distribution to customers and internal management
To actively challenge network depots to provide data within the set timescales
To understand multiple WMS used across contracts to book stock and loads in.
Monitor procedural compliance by undertaking random and regular spot checks on all tasks.
To ensure operational and H&S procedures and policies are adhered to at all times.
To work to deadlines.
Experienced in MS Excel and transport systems
Experienced in direct customer interaction
To build an effective working relationship with all department and third parties.
To escalate issues that could potentially cause disruption, which could lead to reduced KPI's / SLA's
