The Role- SEN Support Worker
As a SEN Support Worker, you must have experience working with key children with challenging behaviour. You will rigorously monitor student’s progress and attendance along with other identified students across the wider school community.
The successful SEN Support Worker will be working with student in KS3 that need additional support in order to stay on track.
They are a mixed ability group so you must be able to adapt ways of learning. The ideal SEN Support Worker will be enthusiastic, resilient and have strong behaviour management.
