We're Recruiting- Business Support Manager- Severnside

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Manager to join our Severnside Dairy within our Muller Milk & Ingredients business.
This person will be creating value added processes that support the site teams to deliver targets and continuously improve performance.
We require a skilled communicator with experience of managing multidisciplinary processes and teams within a fast paced environment (ideally manufacturing).
The role is essential to the successful running of the Severnside site which has an employee base of circa 700 heads, allowing manufacturing leadership team to focus on achieving 'shop floor' operational excellence and strategic goals.
Key responsibilities :
Accountable for team management and development
3rd Party supplier invoicing
Responsible for 3rd party contract performance (SLA) to include work clothing & laundry, facilities cleaning, gardening, gatehouse duties.
Responsible for hospitality co-ordination
Supporting site people processes Tier 1
Owner of stock control processes and ordering of site sundry items
Responsible for co-ordination of site inductions and induction processes link to competency framework on boarding
Site owner of Q pulse database management
Collation and distribution of weekly / monthly employee wage processes
EOS & Site communication champion
Responsible for collation of agencies time sheets and invoicing processes
Muller Responsibilities :
Can demonstrate OE contribution through Performance Review process
Works on active OE projects continuously
Looks for waste in everything that we do
Actively seeks out improvement opportunities within the workplace and converts to own OE projects
Owns and delivers OE initiatives and is recognised for these
