We are looking for an organised, proactive and efficient project coordinator to join our telent Wireless team. Within the role you will be responsible for assisting the team in the delivery of the work and meeting the customer requirements.

Typical Deliverables

Must have knowledge of ADCBUILD.COM, Arqiva Gateway and WIG Access Portal

Securing Site Access approval via Phone call, Email, Web Applications and Email Applications

Producing Site Specific RAMS documents and CPHSP

Ensuring full compliance with local authority and statutory provisions of certification

Requesting Cherry Picker surveys and Ordering Cherry Pickers

Creating, Receiving and Cancelling Purchase Orders adequately

Support the team in updating project databases and records

Owning problems and taking responsibility for finding resolution to discuss with the manager for go ahead

Provide administrative support to team members as required

Maintaining punctuality, efficiency and productivity while adopting a professional demeanour.

Accountable for the completion of standard and non-standard tasks within own area

Supports overall delivery of the project.

Experience :

Good Excel / Reporting Skills

Problem solving skills, thinking out of the box to resolve access issues

Good Telephone Manner

English Language- Minimum GCSE A C

Good IT skills in order to input the required details

Keen eye for picking up information

Good Investigative skills.
