What you’ll be doing
You will support the Health and Safety Manager in ensuring IMS compliance to all National and International standards and codes, as well as being the main point of contact for all IMS related matters and act as an ambassador for promoting IMS standards.
This will include document control to ensure continuous improvement, and acting as a reference point to the whole team, reporting, internal audit, and ensuring best practice via mentoring / monitoring and ensuring correction actions and improvement plans are adhered to.
Who we’re looking for
Experience and knowledge of RIDDOR reporting, incident reports and root cause analysis
Have a broad knowledge of Health and Safety, achieved through practical experience
An excellent collaborator with the ability to negotiate
Strong written and verbal communication skills able to communicate / present at all levels
Competent in the use of MS office suite
Full UK driving licence
Completion of ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training coupled with experience in the UK water or utility services
