Are you a Paediatric Nurse looking for a new challenge?

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can work with a baby girl in her own home?

We are looking for an experienced paediatric nurse to support and lead her care team in delivering the highest quality care within her home.

Contracted hours available - 24 hours a week

Our young service user lives with her family in their family home and requires specialist care from an experienced nurse.

Due to her condition her clinical support team are required to perform basic life support daily which involves complex airway manoeuvres this requires an individual who can be responsive and attentive in this fast paced and intense environment.

She requires suctioning and has her nutrition, medication, and hydration via an NG tube she has several seizures a day which will require close monitoring.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience working in an intense clinical role and play a crucial part in their patients’ quality of life.

Although this is a fast-paced environment this little girl needs a team who can care and nurture her around all her clinical requirements.

Having lots of cuddles and nursery rhymes are part of her daily life, to keep her content and happy.

This is a 2 : 1 care package where you will be assisted by an experienced Healthcare Assistant each shift.

We work hard to build close relationships with our service users and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

The ideal applicant will hold a valid NMC PIN and have experience in either children's or adults nursing and can evidence hands-on clinical care.

Essential Experience Required

  • Current NMC PIN
  • Life Support
  • Nasogastric Tube
  • Seizure Management
  • Oral Suctioning
  • We have the following shifts available;
  • 2 x day shifts a week (08 : 00 - 20 : 00)
  • Opportunity to increase hours (non-contracted)
