The Position

Weare currently looking to recruit an experienced Corporate ResponsibilityCoordinator to be based within the Human Resources department at our headoffice in Loughton.

TheCorporate Responsibility Coordinator will be responsible for supporting thedevelopment of the Group Responsible Business Strategy and coordinating therelationship between external and internal stakeholders who work closely withus across all of our construction schemes.

  • Responsibilities are as follows ;
  • To understand the contractual requirements in relation to planning agreements, specifically Section 106 obligations, and to liaise with Construction teams and subcontractors’ in order to achieve these requirements across all projects

    Topromote CR activities to media and stakeholders where appropriate

    Inconjunction with the HR Director, lead the implementation of the Group CRStrategy

    Engageand nurture relationships with CR partners, organisations and communities inorder to support the business strategy, acting as the primary contact forstakeholders

    Tocollate and produce evidence for monthly board reports

    Toliaise with Construction teams and subcontractors regarding S106 data requirementsand to ensure that all data / spreadsheets are collated, recorded and submittedin an accurate and timely manner using the appropriate systems, portals andspreadsheets

    Todevelop and promote positive relationships with schools, colleges, charitiesetc. within the communities in which we work

    Developand implement a regular programme of stakeholder meetings to discuss updatesand actions

    The Person

    Musthave previous experience in a CR / Reporting role within a busy officeenvironment

    Shouldhave an excellent command of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel

    Shouldhave good attention to detail

    Willhave excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Willhave strong time management and organisational skills

    Musthave good reporting skills including collating, recording and analysing data

    Willhave previous knowledge and experience of managing S106 requirements and socialvalue measures / outputs
