Campaign Marketing Manager

A Marketing Campaign Manager is required to join a digital marketing team who specialise in IT translation solutions for the localization industry, with a particular focus on Freelance Translators.

This Marketing Campaign Manager position is a key role in driving new customer acquisition and existing customer retention via developing, leading and delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns.

The successful Marketing Campaign Manager will have proven experience in defining and driving significant marketing and comms integrated campaigns in either a B2B or B2C environment, have excellent writing and communication skills, experience of managing the delivery of a range of comms and marketing tactics within an integrated campaign, good understanding of digital marketing approaches and will be creative, positive and engaging.

The role includes :

  • Planning a variety of marketing campaigns devised for the Freelance Translator market segment.
  • Creation of content and developing of relationships with content providers.
  • Ensure consistency with brand and corporate messaging.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Ensuring all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Project managing all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives.
  • Working closely with the rest of the marketing team on digital campaigns.
  • A / B Testing campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness.
  • Reporting campaign results to senior management and explaining variances.
  • Working to strict deadlines and KPI’s as set by the Marketing Director.
  • Reporting on campaign return on investment and making recommendations.
  • Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong project management and communications skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing solutions : market automation (Marketo), content management systems (Tridion) and CRM (SalesForce).
  • Highly organised with an ability to work to tight deadlines and within budget.
  • Self-confident with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and passionately and have the ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Graduate calibre or CIM qualified.
  • Language skills would be of benefit.
