We are working with a well-established IT company in the Brighton area who are looking to appoint an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to oversee their team.

As a 3rd line Support Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing the team of desktop support engineers, analysing and resolving in depth issues that arise.

You will need have advanced knowledge of all computer systems.

You will need to have previous experience working for an MSP company offering 3rd Line Support.

Previous experience with project set ups and management will be an advantage.

You will possess excellent customer service skills and have a friendly but professional approach.

You will be able to manage your work load efficiently as you will be required to support and advise colleagues with complex / escalated concerns.

You will need to have a passion for the industry and ensure you keep up to date with all legislations and program systems.

This is a varied and fast paced environment and would be an exciting opportunity for a senior 2nd line support engineer looking to take the next step in their career.

Our client will accept applications from strong 2nd Line Support Engineers to experienced 3rd Line Engineers with project management experience.

Salary Range :

£25,000-£40,00 Depending on Experience
