We are looking for a graduate to join our B2B Consumer Insight (CI) Customer Management team from April 2019 until September 2019 to assist in the management and development of a range of products.

You will have the opportunity to gain experience in all components of product management at various stages of the product life cycle.

The CI Customer Management portfolio offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the data products that drive many of Experian’s B2B products and services.

Your role could include :

  • assisting with client communications, functional reviews and assessing impact analysis
  • working with broad teams to identify product improvements
  • work with marketing teams to assist in redeveloping marketing materials
  • attending client meetings
  • You’ll have :

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to quickly understand and clearly articulate complex and diverse customer and user needs and requirements
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and roadmaps
  • Ability to analyse complex data and seek trends, in order to be decisive, visionary and support decisions with research
  • Very strong and clear communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Flexibility and strong collaboration skills gained through working in teams
