We currently have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic SIA licensed Events Officers to join our dynamic team based onsite at one of London’s most prestigious event venues.

We are looking for people who are dedicated and take pride in providing the very best customer service experience to join us is working inside our client’s incredible world-class venue.

The role will be flexible, varied and exciting and you will be able to showcase your customer service and security skills, ensuring that everyone at the event has the best time possible in a safe and secure environment.

The duties for our essential Events Officers are varied and will include :

  • Safety searches of people and belongings using metal detectors and other detection devices
  • Access control
  • Pre and Post event checks
  • Monitoring for incidents, hazards, faults or spillages
  • Checking for and reporting signs of overcrowding
  • Point of contact for questions and directions for all visitors to the event and other members of staff
  • Confiscation or storage of any restricted items
  • Checking and scanning of tickets and advising seat allocation
  • Required Skills

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid SIA license, (Door Supervisor or Close Protection).
  • Able to provide checkable employment history, and documentary evidence of any period of unemployment or self-employment or education for the last five years.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Polite and proactive
  • Be neat and tidy in appearance
