As Pet Claims Advisor you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, as we are committed to taking the fuss and drama out of claiming on your Pet Insurance by constantly looking at ways to improve our customer journey.

You will be given full training and support to ensure you put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
You will be office based until you reach competency with the opportunity to be considered for flexible home / office working as we are one of the areas within DLG to be piloting different ways of working.
Purpose of the role : Proactively manage your varied workload in a timely manner, including customer calls, online registration and digital claims handling.
Working effectively in a continuous changing environment Respond effectively to customer calls and enquiries, tailoring communication styles to fit the need of our customers whilst gathering appropriate level of information.
Take responsibility for the resolution of customer concerns in a professional and positive way, liaising with our in house CR team.
Contribute to department fraud detection by validating and referring to our counter fraud handler during the indemnity process Work collaboratively with our team of Veterinary Nurses on complex cases to ensure fair interpretation of the policy coverage and ensure a good customer experience Displaying the core values and culture of DLG through appropriate behaviours and actions.
Skills and qualities, you’ll need; Helpfulness and a passion for customer service Clear and articulate communication skills Ability to work under pressure High level of accuracy and attention to detail Empathy and understanding Forward thinking and proactive working style Logical and organised Ability to work as part of a team Hours 37.
5 4 week rotational shift and 1 in 4 Saturdays Shift between Monday to Friday 8am 6pm and Saturday 9am 5pm.
