Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Administrator to come and join our growing team at our Macklin Motors Edinburgh West dealership working within our Multi Franchise Hub!

We are offering a competitive basic salary of £21,300 plus company benefits.

This role will involve making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time. You will be creating vehicle and customer records and facilitate the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history.

You will continue to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.

You will also be responsible for ordering vehicles on the factory, organising subcontract work and progressing the order through to point of delivery.

This is a full time permanent role across 40 hours per week.

We're looking for the successful applicant to have previous experience within an administration role. Experience in a Vehicle Administration role would be preferred but is not essential.

Excellent IT are also required including the use of Excel, Word and Outlook. Full training will be provided for the right applicant although experience using Kerridge would be beneficial.
