We own and care for over 1,000 woodland sites across the United Kingdom and support the creation and management of woodland on others’ land. THE ROLE
We are looking for a strong people manager who’s focussed on delivering excellent and timely service within our data selections team.
You will lead the team to deliver key organisational objectives whilst helping to optimise supporter journey, deliver contact data selections from our CRM database, Single Data View and email platform which supports our fundraising, communication and engagement activities.
The role will help deliver optimal engagement with Woodland Trust supporters and help to implement and develop our supporter journeys, which will put supporters’ at the heart of everything we do.
With experience of effective line management you will also need to have excellent account and stakeholder management. Your attention to detail will ensure the team are on the right track to ensure our supporters are at the heart of everything we do.
A strong background in selecting contact data from a CRM system or bespoke data selection tool is essential. You will also have a thorough understanding of GDPR, PECR and FPS.
