Our manufacturing client who have been in business for over 15 years are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Our client produce bespoke products to order and are shipped to a variety of industries. Due to a strong order book they are now in a position to recruit an Office Administrator.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the product reaches the client on time in full, meeting the agreed timescales and to the companies quality standards.
Sales order processing
Using It systems including of EFACS and / or TAS / SAGE and Microsoft outlook applications
Liaising with clients and production
Ensuring the smooth running flow of products through the warehouse
Other general office duties & administrative support as required
Must have previous administration or logistics co-ordination experience
Strong IT numeracy & literacy skills
Must be proactive and have the ability to problem solve
Must be a good team player
Desire to expand their role within the company
Knowledge of EFACS and / or TAS / SAGE would be describable but not essential as training will be provided.
Previous Microsoft word and Excel experience required
Salary & Benefits
£16,500 £18,000 DOE
Hours of work 8.30am 5pm Monday Friday
