Consistently strong growth throughout the pandemic, as well as recently launching in 4 new markets, has created a requirement for a full-time, permanent Midweight Digital Designer to join our internal agency team in our London office.
Working in Soldo’s internal agency team and reporting to the Design Lead, the Midweight Digital Designer will focus on designing content for our digital marketing channels, with a particular focus on our website.
You’ll contribute to the ongoing digital articulation of our brand and balance consistency with bringing new and exciting ideas to the table.
We’re looking for someone who can work as part of a team and independently, confident to run with things as and when required.
The internal agency team is currently made up of ten people and is growing regularly in line with the overall business.
Designing high-quality creative assets in line with our brand guidelines to be featured across all digital channels. Improving our website will be a significant focus of the role and will involve wireframing, CRO, UX, and UI
Interacting with different teams across Soldo to deliver distinctive content that engages customers at scale
Working closely with junior team members, constructively reviewing artwork and making thoughtful suggestions to ensure creative consistency across all assets and channels
Interpreting and translating the Soldo brand online, following design guidelines and supporting the wider internal agency team
Producing creative assets for every market Soldo operates in (including, but not limited to UK, Italy, Germany, France, Netherlands, and Spain) and ensuring our campaigns contribute towards increasing brand awareness, consideration and growing Soldo
Strong background in digital design with experience in web and motion design, backed up by an impressive portfolio
Experience with wireframing, CRO, UX, and UI, in response to customer insight and performance data
Excellent skills in Adobe CC including XD and Premiere Pro
Skills or a good knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Figma, CSS, WordPress, Autopilot and HTML5 is a bonus
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Experience working in-house and / or at a Fintech is a bonus
