You will be responsible in all areas of kitchen management.

Responsibilities include :

Day to Day Running of the Kitchen Menu Planning / Development

Stock Control : Supplier Liaison, Ordering, Invoices, Stock Counting, Wastage Control

Due Diligence : Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters

About you :

Proven chef experience gained within quality / Cafe Brasserie and / or restaurant / contract catering Establishments with proven experience in pastry and baking essential

Genuine Passion to Cook & Develop Chef Skills

Genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role
