About the role-
As Clinical Lead inc Registered Manager you will have the opportunity to work as part of the local SMT taking responsibility and managing the case management service, day to day clinical case management provision to ensure timely, efficient and cost-effective service to the clients.
You will also provide clinical oversight of the case managers and the clinical services they are providing. Jointly with the rest of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering business performance in line with the 4 Pillars : Quality & Safety, People, Financial Sustainability and Commercial and the Group Governance Framework.
About you-
Educated to Degree level holding an appropriate clinical or professional / managerial qualification
Currently practising clinical professional or strong background in the management of case management services
Meets CQC registered manager requirements
Clinical or case management expert, with extensive knowledge of contemporary clinical services and national policy
Evidence of operational and business leadership skills in the Case Management sector
Strong commercial and business acumen with evidence of relationship leadership and the ability to foster and maintain positive referrer engagement
You will get-
Salary up to 60k p / a
37.5 hours full time
25 days annual leave, (26 days after 5 years service and 27 after 10 years service) plus bank holidays
