The role :

XLN are looking for a new Energy Lead Generation Agent, who has good communication skills and can confidently speak to customers via calls.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can also be a team player.

What’s on offer?

A fantastic opportunity to work within our Energy department, with the chance to develop and grow within the company. Successful candidates will receive full training and support on their journey to becoming an XLN Energy Sales Consultant.

Salary : £18,000 basic + uncapped commission. Once you have completed 100 leads you will be promoted to Sales Agent with a basic salary of £22,000 + uncapped commission.

Benefits : Health plan, free fruit Mondays, free breakfast on Fridays, additional incentives and social days out.

The job :

  • To contact customers and new inquiries at the required level and provide details of our energy service explaining why they should choose XLN Energy.
  • On acceptance by the customer complete the contract for supply and submit to contract management team.
  • Understand our company products, tariffs and promotions and be able to effectively communicate the great deals XLN offer to our customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales KPI’s on a consistent basis.
  • Look for continual improvements to deliver and improve our sales targets and KPI’s.
  • To correctly implement procedures on every call to reduce any loss to the business and remain compliant on all calls.
  • Adhere to DPA guidelines and any other industry regulations.
  • Attend regular one to one ad coaching sessions, making sure to take any feedback on board and look to implement this immediately.
