Do you enjoy talking to customers? Are you looking to earn while you learn? Would you like to join the RSC in a busy and exciting developmental role?

We are looking for two apprentices to join our Sales and Ticketing team working in the RSC Contact Centre and on our ticket counters in the heart of the theatre.

In this role you'll be answering calls, serving customers and booking tickets for our RSC productions. You'll also have the opportunity to work alongside other members of our brilliant Sales and Ticketing team, where you'll gain insight into how we manage membership, group and education sales.

What skills are we looking for? The right person for this role will :

  • Be committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Be a confident communicator with members of the public
  • Be enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • This apprenticeship will last for 13 months and you will usually be working 30 hours a week. You should have a flexible approach to work to fit with the needs of the team.
