As a Senior Consultant in the team, you will help our clients transform their operations whilst building your own skills and knowledge.
You will broaden your skill set and develop quickly, working on complex, transformational projects across a range of client business situations.
Each project will be unique, dependent on the nature of the client’s challenge you could be involved in a variety of projects including design, build and implementing large-
scale merchandising and fulfilment solutions, or optimising discrete business processes.
Whilst fulfilling your own career and personal growth ambitions, you will also contribute to developing our practice which could include refining our industry-
leading tools and methods, leading or supporting the publication of thought leadership or developing new propositions, as well as taking opportunities to contribute to the development and management of our team.
You will also work with the wider Consulting team, contributing to our healthy pipeline by supporting sales proposal development and presentation back to our clients.
