As a Product Trainer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring StarLeaf’s customers and internal teams are experts on our solutions.

Working with our product team, you’ll design and deliver world class training that’s comprehensive and engaging. This may be delivered face-

to-face, live online or through e-learning. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for technology with the interpersonal skills required to deliver exceptional training.

This role is our Teamline business unit.

You will be based at our new office in central Cambridge alongside our product, engineering, support and marketing teams, providing you with access to the tools and information you will require to realise success.

What you will do :

  • Collaborate internally and externally to identify training needs within Teamline, our channel partners and our customer base.
  • Work with our product team to design and develop world class training to satisfy these needs.
  • Deliver training internally and externally to a variety of personas, including sales teams, support teams and end users.
  • Evaluate the performance of training courses, providing critical feedback on how courses can be improved.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally towards the continual development of course material.
  • Be a solution expert, not only on Teamline solutions, but on surrounding integrations and other solutions in our market segment.
