We are currently recruiting for an ISP based in Sheffield, they are looking for a Help Desk Engineer to join immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you, where you will be providing customer support with guaranteed career progression, with the plan to eventually become a manager to help grow the team!

  • Support / Troubleshooting
  • Dealing with Customers
  • Supporting users in the use of computer equipment
  • Working on assigned jobs in an adequate time frame
  • Team Lead / Manager (Highly desirable)
  • Windows / Microsoft Servers
  • Basic Network understanding (Desirable)
  • Up to £35,000 Base Salary (Depending on skills and experience)
