To provide an effective administration support service in relation to the Contracted Vehicle Recovery Scheme and Abnormal Loads in line with Police Scotland policies and procedures.

This will involve the input, update and retrieval of data from a range of databases, processing of invoices and the provision of office support services.

You will be educated to SQA Standard Grade level (or equivalent) or where no formal qualifications exist, proven clerical / administrative experience in an office environment.

You will be IT literate with Microsoft offices packages and have the ability to work with a variety of databases.
