We have an exciting future vision and are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer (domestic appliances and white goods) to help us achieve this.
This role is covering Dungannon and the surrounding areas. This flexible role requires a self-motivated and well organised engineer who has experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
We welcome applications from experienced engineers that can demonstrate effectively diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults and has good understanding of electric and electronic theory and the ability to use these in practice.

On joining Hoover Candy all Field Service Engineers will complete formal training to empower you to be the best. During Covid -19 we are ensuring a safe and blended learning approach.
You will receive both online and face to face training at our residential training academy. Please note that should the risk around Covid 19 increase we will make changes to the learning approach to ensure safety first at all times.
The start date for this Field Service Engineer position is the 19th October 2020 which aligns with our other new engineers joining Hoover Candy around the UK and ROI.
Upon completion of training, engineers are based from home and attend calls each day in customers’ homes. Engineers are required to have a suitable driveway / garage / parking space to keep their van and also be able to accommodate parts directly delivered to their homes.
Required skills, knowledge & experience :
this includes being able to distinguish between live, neutral and earth wires.
