We are looking for an Operational Training Co-ordinator to join our busy Operational training team at our manufacturing site in Frome.
In this role you will report to the Operational Training Manager and work closely with all department Managers to ensure business critical training is complete
In this role you will be required to :
Co-ordinate compliance training in all areas of the business
Train new and existing First Aiders & Fire Marshals
Deliver FDA training to all employees.
Processing and recording training evidence.
Manage a range of queries relating to operational training.
Identify training gaps and suggest new ideas.
Designing interesting training content to implement within the business.
8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-4 : 30pm Friday
Must hold a full UK driving licence.
Excellent attention to detail

Confident, Social and likes to meet new people.
Ability to organise and co-ordinate.
Must be a flexible and reliable team player with Strong communication skills.
Experienced using Microsoft Office, word & PowerPoint.
First Aid trained (preferred but not essential)
Fire Marshal trained (preferred but not essential)
First Aid Instructor (preferred but not essential)
Fire Marshal / Warden Instructor (preferred but not essential)
