The main focus of this job, based at our International Study Centre at the University of Sheffield, is to improve the service desk management and usage of our two main student management systems, Study Global and Progresso.

What skills will I need for this job?
If you have some experience within an office environment (particularly within a data driven role), then that's great - but prior experience is not essential.
The role is very data focused, so it is absolutely essential that you're comfortable with big data sets and very proficient with Excel.
Youâ€™ll be a fluent communicator in English (written and spoken), and have exceptional attention to detail, and strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise.
Please note this role will require occasional travel within the UK.
