The role :
Trainee as part of AP Construction Management EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Group in Hersham. Part of a team who provide technical, logistical, organizational and administration support to multiple construction projects in development and execution
Reporting to Construction Engineering Managers providing assistance and input into all aspects to construction management input into projects from proposals, estimating, front end design, governance, construction planning, strategy and execution.
Training to be received :
Exposure to all facets of construction management including estimating, resourcing, project management interface, HSE (Health, Safety and Environment), constructability, management systems and procedures, budget development and control, quality, site execution in sometime challenging environments.
Qualifications required :
Working towards a degree in Construction Management (Or equivalent engineering degree) and in penultimate year of studies.
Skills required :
Ability to adapt in dynamic fast changing environments
Driving license preferable
Good IT skills an advantage
Good communication skills essential
Second language advantageous but not essential
Willingness to travel UK and oversees
