The Warehouse Receiving Clerk performs all functions assigned by the Receiving Team Leader, including but not limited to, processing and receiving documents.
Create receiving documents daily.
Receive BOL from all delivery drivers, verifying that the quantities match the Receiving Document.
Ensure that delivery drivers have signed the Delivery Driver Dock Procedures and Safety acknowledgement form.
Process Monthly Store Survey.
Process returns on a daily basis.
Create Receiving License Tags for Receivers to tag product.
Log and track all problems relating to receiving, contacting all parties involved to ensure each is aware of the problem.
Process all verification functions as required.
Participate in quarterly physical inventory or as needed.

Ability to complete all tasks in a thorough and timely manner
Knowledge of all relevant Whole Foods Market policies, procedures, core values, business philosophy, and quality goals
High attention to detail and thoroughness in approach with all paperwork
Proper use of knives, personal protective equipment, forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks, six wheel carts, baler and all other equipment used during preparation and clean up within department and store
Ability to work well with others, self-motivated and capable of working independently with little supervision. Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the Distribution Center, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
Desired Work Experiences
Warehouse experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
