More about your role
As one of our Property Managers you will provide first line support to all our customers- which can consist of tenants, clients, contractors and other external parties whilst working closely with our internal teams ensuring all issues are resolved effectively and to a quick time scale.
You will form part of our managing properties team and you will be responsible for handling maintenance concerns, serving notices when required to tenants and making sure our properties attract the maximum rental.
Our customers are the reason we exist, therefore you will provide an excellent standard of customer service ensuring our tenants and property owners are happy, whilst maintaining professionalism and working to our company and statutory regulations.

Our business is constantly growing and therefore we need you to be able to work under pressure and be able to manage a large workload.
As this can be a heavily customer focused role we require you to have experience of giving world-class customer service as with this role you will work with our tenants and landlords, sometimes dealing with intense and emotive situations.
Experience working within the property sector would be extremely beneficial for this role, however here at Touchstone we strive to give you the skills to become an expert in your field by providing full support and training to ensure you are fully prepared to take on this role.
