We are currently seeking a talented Senior HR Advisor who wants to transition into HRBP within a dynamic, fast-growing global agency.
Position Summary :
The Senior HR Advisor will provide partnership to managers and employees, delivering a spectrum of operational and strategic HR support and projects across our EMEA business aligned with W2O’s HR International 3-year strategic plan.
Reporting to HR Business Partner, Stuart Brill you will support and partner with the Business Partners, HR Director and key business pillars.
You will be responsible for employees and their HR needs including but not limited to, employee relations, performance development and HRIS.

We envisage the role progressing quickly, as the business grows and the demands on the HR team increase, to be at Business Partner level within 12-18 months.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with key people in business groups across locations by frequently connecting and communicating with them about their concerns and insights.
Support the HR Director and HRBPs in supporting the business to achieve their targets and goals.
Manage all employee lifecycle events in conjunction with the Director and HRBP such as probation periods, resignations, maternity / paternity leave and recruitment contract checking
Act as first line of contact for the business, dealing with employee and manager queries and escalating as appropriate.
Arranging and delivering full onboarding schedule to new starters.
In conjunction with Finance, manage the HR aspects of the monthly payroll processes via Workday and the bi-annual merit review cycles
Support the integration of any new EMEA acquisitions which could include elements of due diligence pre acquisition and the full range of post-acquisition activities around operations and culture fit
Work with the wider HR team on new policy and project initiatives that drive change and improved results in support of the continued growth and expansion our EMEA business.
Support the delivery of new ways of working to support our employees in this new COVID reality now and into the next 12 18 months.
Responsible for the Apprenticeship program
Work with our Senior Operations Manager and Business Partner to input and manage HR data in Workday and the performance management and merit data in Culture Amp.
Knowledge and Critical Skills / Expertise / Experience :
5+ years ’experience in HR, ideally experience in Agency world / billable environment.
An established advisor, looking for their next step in a new role within a supportive team that will give you the freedom to push on and be the business partner you want to be.
Highly analytical, and comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets and with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience of the day-to-day working of the Workday HR system is essential
Self-starter, comfortable working in the unknown and outside their comfort zone and who values working collaboratively with HR colleagues and the business
Must operate with a high level of integrity and confidentiality in understanding the sensitivities of the role and the potential impacts of actions and behaviours
Someone who can laugh when the alternative is to cry and who can share ideas to challenge the status quo
Evidence of relevant formal training such as a related degree and / or CIPD desirable but not essential.
