Job Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the People Team here at Carnival. We are looking for a Strategic Workforce Planning and Sourcing Senior Manager.

You will be responsible for developing the approach, framework and tools for the strategic workforce plan and sourcing strategy for both Carnival UK Fleet and Carnival UK Shoreside.

The role will partner with the HR Business Partners to support the business needs, working with the business stakeholders in delivering a full end to end cyclical review.

The role

You will play an instrumental part in taking the lead in the analysis and development of a new framework, business processes, tools and deliverables of the strategic workforce plan and sourcing strategy, which will drive greater service excellence, cost efficiencies and adherence to CUK standards.

In addition, the role will work closely with the Culture Team to provide input and to ensure that the sourcing strategy follows Carnival’s Culture Essentials, driving greater diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion.

The Senior Manager will, adept stakeholder management skills, creativity, and innovation to help attract, develop and retain top talent and achieve Carnival UK’s goal of becoming Travels Employer of Choice.

About You

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager with experience of delivering strategic workforce plans and sourcing strategies.

You will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational skills in planning and prioritisation.

This role will require you to have strong business acumen and strategic development experience.

You will have proven stakeholder management that strives for continuous improvement.
