We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist / Clerical Assistant to provide an efficient, effective, and quality reception / clerical support service to Falkirk Integrated Mental Health Service.
The post holder will be expected to undertake professional and confidential clerical duties within the unit.
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, and are able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as to work as part of a team.
You should have good keyboarding skills and be able to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within agreed timescales. In order to meet the needs of the service, ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
The post holder will have standard grade English and good IT skills or equivalent work experience in an office environment.
