Our Team :

As NAO Operations Manager (IoT Technical Support), you will work closely with the Real Time Operations Team to deliver the end to end IoT service.

You will support complex technical escalations, support the assessment of IoT changes and support complex projects and deliveries into operations.

You will also be the technical operational authority for IoT within NAO acting as the interface into operations and between other key stakeholders.

You will also support the operation by managing new technologies and solution into the team looking at training needs and support any service and network improvements.

You will work closely with the other operational leads to ensure that the end to end service of IoT is delivered.

With us you will :

  • Complex incident resolution to support delivery of key KPI’s.
  • Interaction with key stakeholders and resolving agencies to support the 24x7 operation to resolve incidents e.g. vendors, VBPS, GNED.
  • Responsible for the quality assessment and management of change activity affecting IoT.
  • Responsible for release, capacity and lifecycle management.
  • Responsible for the technical leadership in projects and new deliveries into operations.
  • Interaction with other NAO domain leads to ensure end-to-end service is delivered.
  • Represent NAO in discussion with the wider business around changes in strategy that relate to operations. Manage discussions with wider IoT tower owners to ensure full representation.
  • Participation in on-call duty manage rrota to support 24x7 escalations on IoT service

    In depth technical understanding of the key technologies which make upthe IoT solution

    Working knowledge of at several key technology area which makes up the IoT solution

    Understanding of the key technologies that support the delivery of the IoT solution.

    Working knowledge of the Vodafone IoT solution and the customer solutions delivered over it
