As a member of our host team you are the first person our guests meet before they go on their journey through time zones facing challenges along the way.
You will also meet teams after their experience in our gift shop where you will assist with merchandise enquiries and talk about the crazy journey they have just experienced as a team.
The role entails :
You will meet each guest and provide hints, tips and the serious stuff they will need to know before they Meet their Maze Master who will guide them through the game show experience.
Once your team are set to go with one of our Maze Masters you will follow closely resetting games that have been played and helping out with any needs the team may have.
You will need a strong work ethic and a passion for great customer service working within a team. As we work closely with our guests to a strict schedule you will also have to be adaptable and able to think on your feet and react quickly.
