Business Interlock lead is responsible for the data & analytics strategy for the consumer business across the data teams and key business process including Sales, Service Delivery and Service Assurance, to delivery overall business strategy, commercial targets and customer experience ambition.
Looking 3-5 years we want to harness data and exploiting specifically AI / ML technologies;, we want for people in the company to self serve, make our operations smarter and create best in class’ data driven innovative products our customer will love.
For example, predicting service impacting incidents before they occur using network telemetry data, identifying jeopardy in delivery plans based on historical events, or personalising upsell opportunities by harnessing a 360 degree view of the customer, up to leveraging IoT to support big initiatives such as Household targets .
Given the breadth of the role, the role holder will need to work closely with the wider CTIO to interlock on Data Insight opportunities and ensure they flow through into the respective Domain, Sales and Service Technology strategies.
This role will take the lead in Proactively understand the Consumer business drivers, needs, priorities, and budget. It will oversee our Consumer business needs, the roadmap and closely work with Consumer director and other business stakeholders.
This role will also lead Document business objectives, learning objectives, audience findings, and recommended learning solutions in a Preliminary Learning Brief (PLB).
Design and manage measurement strategies for each learning solution. Develop learning plans tailored to individual groups and roles within the client organization.
Communicate status and develop contingency plans to minimize risk. Work closely with Consumer data & AI team members and business leaders to support change management activities.
