This is an exciting opportunity on Mercedes Benz, where we are the lead UK integrated agency for consumer and B2B.
In this role, you’ll be leading the delivery on the account and you’ll work closely with multi-disciplined internal account teams and clients to manage all aspects of client projects.
The projects on these accounts are integrated campaigns covering : emails, web pages, direct mail, UX, competition mechanics, etc.
We’re looking for someone who has a strong integrated & operational background. You’ll have top notch communication and project management skills and be able to hit the ground running.
Management of the creation of campaign assets. Managing the full process from initial brief response, creative, design, UX and collaboration with Clients.
Ability to manage a number of parallel projects for the same client ensuring creative, strategy and measurement are all aligned to deliver ROI from a programme perspective.
Maintaining programme level status reporting and individual campaign status reporting both client facing and internally.
Process management; ensuring our RAPP process is always adhered to, but also working with the Head of Delivery to consistently innovate and improve our processes.
Facilitating workshops and client meetings as required.
Maintaining, monitoring and controlling all changes within the project and escalating as needed.
Documenting in and around the management of the project and ownership of project risks and issues including escalation, mitigation plans & corrective plans.
Conducting campaign evaluations including lessons learned and preparation of any follow-on action recommendations as required.
Delivering the assigned projects within scope and budget whilst ensuring that the work is of the highest quality.
Producing project schedules / plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, etc. that accurately reflect the scope of work but that also consider client expectations.
Working with the finance and account team to complete weekly revenue reconciliation reports for projects, supported by weekly burn charts
Delivering projects in line to drive revenue, profitability, utilization, margin and client satisfaction.
Ensuring projects are resourced correctly by working with capability leaders to ensure appropriate resources are in place throughout each project
Proactively adjusting budgets and resources, as appropriate, in accordance with scope.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Solid commercial experience as a Project Manager, from an agency environment like RAPP and be client-facing.
Experience of managing a portfolio of over £500k in value and juggling fast-paced accounts.
Must have managed online projects, with multiple projects running simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems think quickly under pressure, as well as motivate and engage the team to produce the best possible results.
Experience managing cross-functional project teams working to develop a deep understanding of the role and responsibilities of cross-
functional team members (within the agency and partner agencies) and knows what resources to engage at appropriate stages of a project.
You should have experience with leading delivery through all aspects of digital and integrated campaigns
EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Solid understanding and curiosity of various project management methodologies
Agile / Scrum, Prince 2 foundation is great, but not required.
Proficient with the MS Office suite, including MS Project
