The Penguin Random House Children’s Non Trade Sales team are looking for a confident, commercially aware individual to join them as Key Account Executive.

The Children’s imprints are a crucial part of the overall Penguin Random House brand, and long-term vision.
Key tasks will include : achievement of profit, sales, growth and margin with your own customer accounts and the accounts which you support, managing the supply chain by building relationships with Marketing, Inventory, Production and Distribution, providing feedback about our trading and market position to the wider sales team and Publishing Division, managing internal and external relationships, and adding value to the promotional publishing programme.
Based at 80 Strand, you will have excellent administrative skills, including an advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
We’re looking for someone motivated, proactive and forward thinking you make the most out of every situation that arises and are curious about new opportunities and developments in the marketplace.
You’ll be opportunistic and constantly keeping your eyes peeled for new revenue opportunities. You will thrive in a busy environment and enjoy responding quickly to customers and closing deals.
You will need solid, prior experience in a commercial environment in order to be considered for this role.
