A studio retail lead has ownership over the entire retail process within a studio.
The key responsibilities are as follows :
Deliver first class customer service at all times : on the phone, via e-mail, and in person.
Greet, assist and check in customers.
Possess knowledge of current studio-level, regional, and national promotions.
Handle studio membership database, register new clients, receive membership payments and maintain client base.
Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Possess knowledge of studio’s basic facilities operations : A / C, sound, electric, internet, etc.
Handle customer complaints in an on-brand and proactive manner; following up with the appropriate corporate representatives
Focus on retail sales during shifts, focusing on hitting or exceeding studio’s daily retail sales goals.
Facilitate completion of weekly inventory with the assistance if needed from the Desk Team and Studio Managers
Communicate replenishment needs to the Head of Retail upon completion of weekly inventory
Serve as the studio point of contact for the Head of Retail to help execute retail tasks
Stay on top of studio daily / weekly retail sales goals - ensuring your studio hits theirs
Organize and prepare product for the new collection roll out prior to the Launch Day
Roll out new collections, including counting product, tagging, merchandising and / or manage execution
Submit photos of retail display weekly on Thursdays to the Head of Retail
Re-merchandise sales floor and change mannequins twice weekly to continue creating buzz around the current collection -
partner with Head of Retail
Ensure the retail area looks impeccable at all times
Stay on top of replenishing merchandise from back stock on the daily basis
Maintain a clean and organized back stock area for all retail products
Gather send-back items and facilitate their return to West for storage
Engage with clients and provide a bespoke service to top spenders
Participate in product knowledge sessions and team meetings / trainings when required
Share best practices with other Retail Leads
Collaborate with Head of Retail and Studio Manager to create retail events, sales contests and studio specific initiatives
Support Head of Retail with retail projects when neccesary
Zero hour contract but subject to change.

Customer Service : Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships : The candidate must develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with clients / staff, and maintain them over time.
Communicating with Supervisors and peers. The candidate must provide information to supervisors, co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-
mail, or in person in a timely and efficient manner.
