Vacancy Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse, to work within our Care In The Home Division in the Sussex area.
Active Care Group offers person-centred care in the home, either through live in or live out care packages to people with complex health needs, spinal cord injury, and acquired brain injury.
You will lead on nurse led packages of support as well as supporting the service provision by way of assessing & reviewing, training, development and observations of Personal Care Assistants (PAs) in line with the company requirements as well as liaising with relevant external bodies.
Location : Working with clients across the Sussex region
Hours : Flexible, bank hours with regular night shifts.
Salary : Weekday- Day rate £30 per hour, Night rate £32 per hour.
Weekend- Day rate £32 per hour Night rate £34 per hour.
