We are looking to recruit a Senior Construction Planner to join our team in London.

Our UK Construction Services business line is a relatively new construction company based in London having already delivered a number of projects through both Construction Management and Design & Build forms of contract.
It has an exciting pipeline of potential future projects such as Spire London (the tallest residential tower in Western Hemisphere), Portugal Street (two residential towers in Manchester), a commercial building in the City, plus projects resulting in a collaboration with AECOM Capital, the investment developer arm of AECOM.
To serve our growth plan we are looking to recruit a Senior Construction Planner to work closely with the construction project teams to ensure programmes are delivered on time and on budget and also assisting with winning work through major project tenders, RFP’s etc.
Collaborating within each Project Delivery team the Planner will be involved but not limited to the following key responsibilities :
Developing and producing contract and target programs.
Monitoring and updating progress, including progress reporting using a variety of methods.
Review and critical feedback of third party programmes.
Identifying and assessing delay for Head Contracts and Sub Contracts
Creating and implementing master programs which incorporate the planning requirements of the
Leading planning workshops and meetings with Clients, Sub Contractors and Project Teams
Work closely with design and construction teams to develop co-ordinated deliverables,
methodologies, logistic strategies and phasing plans.
The successful candidate will need to have experience in :
and Microsoft Project.
Project planning processes and the project life-cycle.
Developing programmes from first principles using detailed quantities and logistical analysis.
Master programming including the design, procurement, pre-construction, construction, and
engineering design and construction.
Trackers and information required schedules.
Reviewing of contractor schedules, schedule risk analysis.
The ideal candidate will have :
Degree in a construction related field.
Significant experience in D&B and CM projects across numerous building typology
Membership of a professional body (e.g.) CIOB
